Children submit handwritten letters or stories on the theme “Then vs. Now,” some including illustrations or bilingual storytelling. Their work is honored during a brief 2:00 PM celebration that brings together young writers and senior residents in a beautiful, intergenerational moment.

Each participating child receives:
