Sign Up To Be A Vendor

Vendors requirements:

1. Apply submitting the form below
2. Follow Peach Tree Retirement Center on Facebook and YouTube.
3. Upon approval from Peach Tree, pay the booth fee. It must be paid in cash at Peach Tree. No booth space is guaranteed until full payment is received. The fee is non refundable.
4. Agree to set up at 8:30 AM and load out at 3:30 PM. Agree to remain set up until the end of the bazaar. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN.

   • Baked goods (TAKEN)
