Then vs. Now – Keeping the Generation Gap at Bay
Children choose from a list of age-appropriate topics that compare life in the past with life today. Topics include everything from phones, toys, food storage, and mail to faith, school life, humor, jobs, veterans, and everyday community life.
Each child creates a handwritten story in their own voice. Illustrations are encouraged, and a typed backup copy is also required for readability. The process is meant to be thoughtful, creative, and personal.
This is not designed as a high-pressure contest. It is a warm, encouraging community Adventure that celebrates:
